With our professional video game event management services, Jet Set Studio has been hired to help run a client event for a wholly owned subsidiary of Microsoft company, Massive Inc., in New York City's Times Square!This one night event will be a chance for Massive Inc. to connect and network with their clients, while being entertained by a gaming tournament element consisting of Guitar Hero 4 (World Tour) and NFL Madden 09 on the Xbox 360.
An initial site visit was conducted October 10th, where we considered a few different places such as ESPN Zone, Planet Hollywood, Hard Rock Cafe, and Spotlight Live, for the exciting event to be held in Times Square. The event is November 5th, 2008 and we'll have highlights from that and news surrounding the event as we get closer.
We will be taking the same team that we used for Microsoft's Tech-Ed 2008 in Orlando, Florida and we're excited to take our company, its services, and our growing social network for gamers to downtown New York's famous Times Square! Here are some photos from the initial site visit...
